What We Did Today
We started our new unit by trying to answer the question, "What does it mean to be alive?" Students made observation of my "Special organism" that was found in a pond and determined it was alive because it was moving, responded to the other organisms and appeared to eat food. Students were then asked to complete the following statement: All living things _________________. Try to have at least four different responses.
Homework
Make sure you answered the above statement in your notebook. Continue working on last week's puzzles - you need to have two full pages (4 sides) by Wednesday.
