What We Did Today 

We corrected the Chapter review and read pages 34-38 and discussed the major concepts. Students were given a study guide for Friday's test. Because of the test, the project will be due next Monday.

 

Homework 

Start your Study Guide - it is due on Wednesday.

 

Work on your Chemistry Presentations. Your presentation may be in the form of a poster, Power Point, or Prezi. You are to clearly define and describe your branch of chemistry. You then are to include 5 big ideas about your topic.You may include: types of jobs you could have with a degree in your field, what specific tasks would your perform, what skills would be necessary to be successful, what would you do on a day to day basis, what type of environment would you work in, what special schooling would you need to get your degree, etc. Each big idea should have a graphic that make it easier to understand.  Be sure to keep track of your sources because you will need to cite them. You will be graded on accuracy, neatness, mechanics and oral presentation. The due date is set for Friday, December 9th.
