What We Did Today
We are looking at the organelles that make up cells and comparing plant to animal cells. We watched the video, "Introducing the Cell" which reenforced the concepts from our text. Students were then given time to finish "Structures and Functions of cells".
Homework
Using section 2, complete all of the "Structures and Functions of cells" worksheet. Students were also given "Organization of the Body - The Generalized Cell". Students are not responsible for the written content but before next week they should color each organelle a color of their choice and color the bubble letter label in the same color. All organelles should be a distinct color.
