IN CLASS: Some kids turned in the final draft of the personal narrative. Grammar Lesson 5 of Participial Phrases: Expanding Sentences. Discussed background information about the author Natalie Babbitt and the novel Tuck Everlasting.
HOMEWORK: Finish narrative if necessary and turn it in tomorrow with the rubric. AR book due 1/19.
